A Message from President

That simple philosophy has shaped my work throughout more than two decades in the HR and talent profession.
I founded HR Talent Alliance to help organizations build exceptional teams and help professionals navigate important career decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
Today, I work with organizations on Fractional Recruitment & Placement, Executive Search, and Talent Strategy. I also partner with professionals navigating career transitions, leadership opportunities, and long-term career growth.
Having worked closely with both organizations and individuals, I bring perspective from both sides of the talent equation. I understand the challenges leaders face when building teams and the decisions professionals face when shaping their careers.
My approach is straightforward and relationship-driven. I believe the best outcomes come from asking the right questions, building trust, and providing honest, practical guidance.
