Euan Hird serves as Technology & AI Solutions Specialist at HR Talent Alliance, supporting the firm’s technology infrastructure, workflow automation, and digital development initiatives.

While completing his Master’s in Computer Science at Durham University, Euan is applying his technical expertise to help HRTA improve efficiency and scalability across its internal processes. His work includes implementing automation and agentic AI into business workflows and pipelines, helping the team reduce manual processes and build more efficient ways of working.

Euan also supports the development and ongoing maintenance of the HRTA website, contributing to both functionality and design. His work helps ensure that HRTA’s digital platforms remain practical, reliable, and aligned with the firm’s evolving business needs.
