Daniele Macdonald is a Talent Coordinator at HR Talent Alliance and a rising senior at Saint Mary's College of California, where she is double majoring in SEBA Management & Leadership and Justice, Community, and Leadership.

Originally from Boise, Idaho, Daniele brings a strong sense of adaptability, empathy, and community to her work. On campus, she serves as a Resident Advisor and has been recognized for her leadership through the SEBA Dean's Advisory Board, her selection as a Guyette Fellow, and receiving the Family Award for outstanding leadership.

At HR Talent Alliance, Daniele combines her interests in business and people to help connect early-career talent with meaningful opportunities. As someone entering the workforce herself, she brings a firsthand understanding of the experiences and challenges students and young professionals face in today's job market.

Daniele is a fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems, environments, and perspectives. Her long-term goal is to build a career focused on talent development, organizational culture, and creating workplaces where people are valued as much as performance.
