Michael brings an extensive background in recruiting and human resources leadership, with more than a decade of experience supporting organizations across the financial and professional services sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Guggenheim Museum, where he managed full-cycle recruiting for senior-level roles, coached hiring managers on interview and pay equity best practices, and oversaw HR operations, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives.

Previously, as Human Resources Manager, he led key HR functions including onboarding, performance management, compensation initiatives, and HRIS administration. Michael’s dual expertise as both a recruiter and a hiring manager provides him with a distinctive understanding of how to identify, engage, and retain top talent.
