Stuart’s approach to talent acquisition is creating win-win scenarios by deeply understanding the company's and candidate's needs to ensure the right fit at the right time and position.

His early experiences in sales management, and later in talent acquisition and as an HRBP, taught him the hard way what it takes to recruit, motivate, and retain talent. This hybrid background allows him to provide the right balance of business strategy and practical human capital approaches in crafting HR solutions that become best-in-class.

Stuart a a two-time recipient of New York City SHRM's prestigious Brieger Award for exceptional service, leadership, and innovation to the NYC HR community (2017-2018 and 2014-2015).

Additionally, Stuart is an accomplished social media and personal branding leader. He is also involved in several professional and philanthropic organizations and is a past president of New York City SHRM, the official SHRM chapter for HR professionals who live and/or work in NYC.
